Big Easy Drinks - facing the challenge

This is a great story illustrating how some businesses will be able to pivot during this time and direct their energies into something that keeps them going and importantly, keeps their staff employed.

The folks at Big Easy Group were able to leverage the fact the SAs liquor licensing laws have changed to allow cafes and restaurants to sell takeaway alcohol and started a new project virtually overnight.

Called Big Easy Drinks, this service offers same day deliver from a specially curated list of wine, beer and spirits. At the moment this service is being offered in Adelaide metro but the intention is to take it national.

You can even order pizza or chicken dishes to go with your drinks.
